  • We are a non-smoking establishment and provide a wonderful outdoor courtyard for smoking.
  • All shows are 21 and up unless stated otherwise.
  • No excessive loitering in front of hotel or in parking lot. Drinks are not permitted outside and in front of hotel.
  • Please use the main entrance to enter The Ballroom, located on N. Highland Ave. The sidedoor is for staff use only.

  • Please call in advance or alert a manager on duty for assistance.

  • We charge a cover for most live shows and events including DJ dance nights. All sales are final unless a pre-sold show has been cancelled.

  • Limited parking is available in the hotel lot. Plenty of off street parking can be found on North Highland Ave and adjoining roads.
