BOOKING PROCESS

We would love to hear from any and all bands who have interest in playing The Ballroom Lounge. Please keep in mind we are located beneath a 1920’s hotel, Therefore we must book live shows upon our discretion. We book shows and events 2-3 months out so please be patient and we will be in touch just as soon as we can

First email us with the following:

  • electronic press kit
  • band website
  • projected dates

Once a date is confirmed we will email you with a detailed production schedule for the show or event.

Load in time is 2 hours before doors open.

We provide a house sound engineer and a PA.

For Private Events and Corporate Booking, Birthday Parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Etc. We can accommodate 2 or 200 people, Whatever you need. Please contact Valarie Culkin lounge@thehighlandinn.com to start planning.
